SAP Successfactors is a software-as-a-service for Human Capital Management which covers the entire HR life cycle. The cloud software is updated with new features four times a year, making sure organisations keep up with the latest trends in an HR landscape which has been moving at an even quicker pace in recent years.
Focus on added value
Today, SD Worx is already linking SAP Successfactors with its payroll engine for some ten customers. The company is now looking to take matters another step further down the integration route by offering organisations a standardised end-to-end solution that is adapted to the Belgian market. In doing so, it combines the know-how developed by Flexso for People, a seasoned player of many years’ standing in digital HR transformation with SAP SuccessFactors, boasting an in-depth understanding of Belgian payroll administration requirements.

This move sees SD Worx expand its existing SAP partnership and step up to become an SAP and SuccessFactors reseller for all modules contained in SuccessFactors. For the implementation, SD Worx will concentrate on CORE HR, for the other modules, the company will be working with Flexso for People.
