HR service provider SD Worx has published its annual results for 2015. In 2015 turnover grew from 262 million euro to 284 million euro, an increase of 7.53% across the group. The net profit rose from 27 million euro in 2014 to 38 million euro in 2015. Last year SD Worx celebrated its 70th anniversary and pushed on further with international growth.
In April 2015 SD Worx teamed up with Dutch software specialist CTB Personele Systemen in a joint venture, to approach the market together under the SD Worx name. This enabled SD Worx to strengthen its position as a full-service provider of payroll and HR services in the Netherlands and beyond.
In August SD Worx welcomed Ceridian, the third largest HR provider in the United States, into the Payroll Services Alliance. This partnership has opened the door to the North American market and supports the Dayforce platform – Ceridian's Human Capital Management system.
And internationalisation has continued: in March 2016, SD Worx took over German HR services provider fidelis HR. This made SD Worx the second largest payroll provider in Germany and strengthened its second-place position on the European market. Besides internationalisation, the corporate strategy is firmly focused on digitisation, strong partnerships, data and customer experience.
Customer comes first
Putting the customer first remains paramount in the services provided by SD Worx. “We really take the time to listen to our customers, understand their needs and respond to them with specific services and applications. Not the other way around,” says Steven Van Hoorebeke, CEO OF SD Worx.
“Digitisation, HR outsourcing and internationalisation are the subjects currently occupying our clients. With creative, innovative ideas, we can make a difference to them. And it's working: both our SMEs and our Large Enterprises division in Belgium are notching up substantial growth. Through several innovative products, our Consulting division made a huge leap forward in digitising the offer. It is our healthy growth, in Belgium and internationally, that allows us to keep investing not just in technology and innovation for our clients, but also in personnel and expertise, in Belgium and abroad.”
