“The HR sector is new for me and I see enormous potential: it is an extremely fascinating world that is changing rapidly”, says Suhail Khan. “The major assets of companies are their people with their many talents. HR has an increasingly important impact on the growth strategy of organisations. I want SD Worx to continue its international growth and utilising market and customer insights, the power of predictive and prescriptive analytics, position SD Worx as a preferred brand in the market. To future-proof the portfolio, we must look further than the demands of today’s client, and keep a sharp watch on trends, and drive thought leadership to prepare for, and anticipate the world of tomorrow. SD Worx is in a unique position to drive market disruptive portfolio through relevant innovation, and has significant in-house talent to help redefine the HR sector. It is an incredible opportunity and privilege to be able to contribute to this transformation, to create tangible added value, and thus make a difference for our clients.”
Suhail Khan considers customer experience crucial and sees it going hand in hand with marketing. How a brand is experienced, what a company promises and how it then puts it into practice are part and parcel of the complete story. Speak clearly, make sure everybody understands you, set KPIs that reflect customer centricity and let your client be the ambassador for your company.
“I want to spend a lot of time on getting to know our clients, enter into discussions with them and listen to them. By exchanging experiences, you gain insight into the client and their expectations. In addition, I want to get to know my team as quickly as possible and learn about their objectives and ambitions. In this way, we can draw up a plan together which will lead to success and strengthen the SD Worx brand.”
