CXPA, the Customer Experience Professionals Association, will hold the very first edition of the International Customer Experience Awards on 20 November, and SD Worx has secured a nomination in two categories: Customer-Centric Culture and Business Change or Transformation. The organisation owes this dual nomination to the remarkable results it has achieved in customer satisfaction: 75% of SME clients gave SD Worx a score of nine out of ten. This represents an increase of 49% compared to the period before Mindcraft – a project launched by the organisation to increase customer orientation.
Brussels , 20 September 2018 - In 2018, more than 1 in 5 European workers will spend 90 minutes or more of their time on their way to and from work. On average, European workers spend 1 hour and 24 minutes a day commuting, travelling 28.56 km in total. Not only does this detract from working time, it can also put a significant strain on personal lives. These results come from the latest survey conducted across six European countries by the Payroll & HR services provider SD Worx.
