London, 26 June 2019 — More than half (53%) of European organisations use mandatory time and attendance registration for their staff and an additional 19% practise this for just some of their staff. These are the results of a survey from SD Worx, leading provider of global payroll and HR services, and Protime, a specialist in time registration and workforce planning.

SD Worx Staffing Solutions will offer secondment, recruitment and selection, project sourcing, outplacement and career guidance services in Belgium and the Netherlands.
SD Worx Holding NV (the “Issuer”), with registered office at Antwerp (Belgium), announces the succesful placement of bonds with a term until 2026 (the “Bonds”). As the subscriptions for the Bond issuance have reached the maximum amount of the offer, namely €80 million, the subscription period was terminated early today at 5:30 p.m. CET. The issuance was very successful and was oversubscribed almost three times.
