Registration
You can register via our website SD Worx International Academy and follow these steps:
- Go to our Courses, navigate, and click on the course you like.
- Click the ‘Register’ button.
- Choose the number of participants (you can register just for yourself or for others).
- Select an available session date that suits you.
- Click ‘Continue to Checkout’. If you are an SD Worx client and eligible for a discount, it will be applied in the next steps.
- Complete the required fields with your information and confirm your purchase.
Once we process your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are new to SD Worx Academy, you will also receive a welcome email to complete your registration and access our learning platform.
If you don’t receive any emails, please check your spam folder or contact us at sdworx.academy@sdworx.com.
During registration, we ask for an email address to send the invoice digitally. The company will receive an electronic invoice from SD Worx Academy, which can be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
Since we offer a variety of courses from different countries, it’s important to review the Terms&Conditions specific to your course. Please check the Terms&Conditions for detailed information on how to proceed.
SD Worx Academy reserves the right to cancel or remove any training course at any time. For specific conditions in your country, please refer to the Terms&Conditions .

Check your email for a confirmation message with your username. Remember to look in your junk folder too. If you can’t find it, click ‘Login’ on the SD Worx Academy website and then ‘Forgot your Username?’.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one via the ‘Login’ screen.
On the login screen, click ‘Forgot your password?’ to receive a reset link by email. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Your new password must have:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Minimum of 1 alphanumeric and 1 numeric character
- Minimum of 1 special character such as %, @ or &
Course materials
We deliver all course materials digitally on our learning platform. ‘Login’ to your account and go to the ‘My Education’ section to view or print your materials.
No, the content does not include tax advice. Our courses are designed to provide general information and educational content. For specific tax advice tailored to your situation, we recommend to take a look at our Tailor-made courses.
We typically include the access duration in the course description. If not specified, you usually have 1 year of access. For more details, please review the Terms&Conditions for your country.
Certificates
A course certificate is a document provided by SD Worx Academy that verifies you have successfully completed or passed an exam for a course.
- Proof of Completion: This certificate is awarded to participants who attend and complete the course. It serves as a testament to your commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Exam Certificate: This certificate is awarded to participants who not only complete the course but also pass an exam. It validates your mastery of the course material and demonstrates a higher level of proficiency.
- To obtain your Proof of completion certificate you will need to complete all required modules of the course you sign up for. After the course is over and the teacher has marked your attendance, your certificate will appear on your profile within the LMS system.
- To obtain your Exam certification you will need to attend all required modules and pass an assessment at the end. Once you have met these requirements, the certificate will be available on your profile within the LMS system.
No, there are some courses that currently do not offer certificates—either Proof of Completion or Exam Certificates. This includes free courses, on-demand webinars, and content from the resource library, which do not provide a certificate upon completion
No, SD Worx Academy is not an accredited institution for higher education. Certificates demonstrate participation in a course and acquired skills, but they cannot be used for formal accreditation.
You can find your certificate on a tab named “Certificates” inside your profile on the LMS System. Follow the steps below:
- Sign in to SD Worx Digital Learning Academy (LMS).
- Click on "My profile".
- Click on "Certificates".
- Scroll down to find your Certification.
Yes, you can share your course certificate on LinkedIn. You can do it in 2 ways:
- Share to LinkedIn – It will share the certificate as a post on your feed.
- Add to LinkedIn – It will add your certificate to your profile on LinkedIn in the tab “Licenses & certifications”.
