In two days&rsquo; time, our experts will make you acquainted with all the relevant basic principles of Dutch employment law. The main themes such as dismissal law, collective labour agreements, illness and reintegration, holidays and the works council will be discussed. Of course there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

This training will provide you with a solid basic knowledge of Dutch employment law, which you can immediately put into practice in your day to day work. You will be able to solve simple employment law issues yourself.

Netherlands: Basic course on Dutch employment law

Thanks to this training, you will know the Belgian socio-legal rules from entering to leaving employment.

In this crash course, you will master the complex landscape of social legal legislation in Belgium. The course provides a comprehensive overview of labor law and covers socio-legal rules throughout the employment lifecycle of an employee in Belgium.This course is in English consist of 4 sessions, each lasting &nbsp;4 hours. This course is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of the UK payroll process, from the initial calculation of gross pay to the final payment procedures. You will learn about the taxable elements of pay and National Insurance contributions, including the 20 different categories and how to calculate them using the exact percentage method. We will also cover the various tax regimes across the UK regions and delve into the specifics of tax codes and manual tax calculations using HMRC's Tables A to D.
