This includes dismissal due to poor performance of the employee (underperformance), illness or a poor financial situation or company relocation (reorganisation). We also discuss dismissal by mutual consent by means of concluding a settlement agreement. You will also receive a template settlement agreement from us that you can use directly. Jilly El Moridi - Voesenek
After completing her master's degree in employment law at Tilburg University, Jilly started working as an employment lawyer and privacy officer at an accountancy firm before joining SD Worx.
