Netherlands: Dutch dismissal law

Do you regularly encounter dismissal law and are you unsure of what to do? Knowledge of dismissal law is essential if you work in the Dutch labour market. This course will help you avoid unnecessary costs.

In this course, we will teach you exactly what steps you need to take when dismissing an employee. This includes dismissal due to poor performance of the employee (underperformance), illness or a poor financial situation or company relocation (reorganisation). We also discuss dismissal by mutual consent by means of concluding a settlement agreement. You will also receive a template settlement agreement from us that you can use directly. You will also learn to communicate effectively with the employee and become familiar with the resources you can use. This training course contributes to a sustainable HR policy.
