SD Worx Mauritius is typically one of the 3 competency centres that are focused on building capability and flexibility to meet the growth of the business while increasing the profitability across the organisation. In our 6 years of existence, we have more than doubled in size, and we plan to continue this rapid growth to support our customers in Europe.

Another cool thing about SD Worx Mauritius that we would like to highlight is around our technology. We are building our own IP, which means that we have total ownership of the codebase of our Products and are free to define the features and functionality as per our own ambitions. So the Products we make are not only being used by our clients, they are used by us!

At SD Worx, we have set up a registered charitable organisation under the name of Payback Association which aims to raise funds to support people in need in Mauritius. We encourage our colleagues to develop their humanitarian/social responsibility with the team setting up Food Corners, getting sponsored in Trail Running races, or fun events in the office to raise money, and we provide them with time and resources to do so.
