SD Worx Conference: Unleash the Flexibility of your HR
To explore the current state of HR and payroll around the world, and to debate the changes we will see in the future, SD Worx is hosting a conference in Flagey, Brussels, on May 29th, 2018. Titled ‘The Future of Collaboration: Unleash the Flexibility of your HR’, the conference will explain how attendees can make the HR department as agile as possible, to ensure that organisations can reap the benefits of HR flexibility and collaboration.
Attendees will hear success stories from SD Worx customers, alongside presentations from influential individuals and organisations in the HR and payroll space. The keynote speaker of the conference is Jeremias Prassl, professor at the University of Oxford, who will examine the international and legal ramifications of the flexible labour market and the gig economy.
Key sessions include:
- Kris Peeters, Deputy prime minister and minister of Employment, Economy and Consumer Affairs shares his vision on flexibility in the labour market.
- The findings of a European study on the flexibility of the labour market by Antwerp Management School and SD Worx.
- A panel discussion about flexibility and the importance of cooperating with stakeholders. With participants such as Fujitsu, Manpower, Co.Station, Protime and ACV-CSC, it will be moderated by leading journalist Christophe Deborsu.
- International sessions based on informative and inspiring next generation of Global Payroll.
