Fabienne Lallemand joins SD Worx Management Board

Brussels, 16 January 2020 – Fabienne Lallemand, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, is joining the Management Board of HR services provider SD Worx. She will report to CEO Kobe Verdonck.

Fabienne Lallemand joined SD Worx at the end of 1997 as Senior Consultant Tax & Legal. In 2001 she became Legal Manager. Five years later, she left consultancy work to take up the position of corporate lawyer for Corporate Legal, advancing to Manager Corporate Legal in October 2011. Fabienne was promoted to Group General Counsel in July 2017 and to Chief Legal Officer in 2019, a position she continues to hold to this day. She is replacing Anne-Marie Cootjans, who will now be working exclusively for SD Worx Holding, on the Management Board.

Finally, we maintain relationships with external legal experts, work on merger and acquisition documents and monitor our corporate legal obligations in all countries in which we operate. With the ambition to double our turnover by 2023, we are sure to have interesting times ahead of us."
