SD Worx Achieves Silver Rating in the EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment

SD Worx, the leading European HR and payroll solutions provider, has been awarded the Silver rating by EcoVadis. This recognition marks a substantial advancement in the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance. EcoVadis is the globally recognised authority in corporate sustainability ratings, evaluating companies across four critical dimensions: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
The upgraded rating reflects SD Worx’s strong year-over-year progress, with the overall EcoVadis score rising to 76 points. This places SD Worx in the top 7% of all companies assessed worldwide, underlining its firm commitment to responsible business practices and sustainable growth.
SD Worx achieved a significant increase in the Ethics score to 82, supported by expanded ISO 27001 certification, enhanced information security measures, and increased training focused on ESG, privacy, and the company’s Code of Conduct. Strengthened reporting practices and the completion of a CSRD-aligned Double Materiality Assessment further contributed to the improved score.
The Sustainable Procurement score rose to 75. Key achievements include the publication of a Supplier Code of Conduct, updated policies on procurement and ESG that address social and environmental impacts, broader ESG assessments for suppliers and partners, and reductions in Scope 3 emissions with full coverage of purchased goods and services.
In addition, the company enhanced environmental reporting, including energy and waste metrics, and reinforced measures relating to Labour and Human Rights, which contributed to score increases in these categories as well.
