Our experts

Our methodology
At the SD Worx Research Institute, we combine desk research, expert insight, and quantitative studies with HR leaders and employees, supported by external partners, to generate robust insights into the world of work.
We maintain structural partnerships with leading academic institutions, such as Antwerp Management School (AMS) and the University of Antwerp. We also actively participate in project-based research initiatives, such as SEISMEC, working together with external experts and international partners.
Strong research also depends on independence, which is why the SD Worx Research Institute operates with research-led autonomy that sits separately from commercial activity.
This ensures our work remains objective and credible, allowing us to be trusted by organisations making decisions that affect people and performance.
