SD Worx appoints Alessia Rigoni as Managing Director for Italy

SD Worx, the leading European provider of HR & payroll solutions, has appointed Alessia Rigoni as Managing Director of SD Worx Italy. She reports directly to Patrick Barazzoni, Executive Vice President DACH, Nordics, CEE and Adriatic, and will oversee the growth and operations of SD Worx Italy.
Rigoni holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s in the Economics of Financial Markets and Institutions from Bocconi University. She started her career in finance and private equity, where she managed numerous investment transactions for Italian SMEs, particularly in the tech and healthcare industries. In 2021, she joined F2A, now SD Worx Italy, as Head of M&A, playing a key role in the company’s expansion through acquisitions and integration projects in HR, payroll and finance services.

Rigoni succeeds Raul Mattaboni, who was recently appointed Chairman of the Board of SD Worx Italy.
