The situation around the COVID-19 virus is evolving rapidly and is impacting all of us. At SD Worx, we are taking our responsibility seriously and we are taking the necessary measures to ensure full operational continuity of our business.
Our focus is on ensuring business continuity for the 70,000+ businesses we support and their 4 million+ employees, as well as on the health and safety of our employees and their relatives.
SD Worx remains available for you through our digital people solutions. As governments are taking measures to cope with this exceptional situation, we are here to help you prepare and safeguard your business. Should you need assistance, we’re here to help with advise around remote working policies, exploring temporary unemployment, leave options, etc.
Globally, we have activated our business continuity process and we adapt continuously to the rapidly evolving status and government actions. We are here for you and our teams are available to ensure full operational continuity, taking into account additional health & safety measures. In the interest of everyone’s health and safety, we limit physical contact as much as possible and our preferred channel to get in touch with you is digital.
In addition to our regular business continuity plans, we have established a dedicated Corona Response Team that closely monitors the evolving situation to limit any impact on our business. Our Corona response plan incorporates the following elements:
- Dedicated team with daily monitoring of and quick response to (potential) COVID-19/corona infections
- Increased remote working capabilities that allow teams to continue working from other locations (other offices or home working)
- Alternative measures to continue business critical services in case of increased absenteeism
- Enhanced cleaning policy and hygiene measures in our offices
- Adapted travel policy including limiting business travel to business-critical travel only
We are here for you and remain committed to limit any risks of disruption to our payroll and HR services. All events related to COVID-19 are tracked and monitored, taking into account WHO and government guidelines. To this date, all our services remain fully operational and unaffected.
