SD Worx starts partnership with intuo


Brussels, 30 January 2019 - Payroll and HR services provider SD Worx teams with intuo, the Belgian scale-up specialised in HR tech which, with its talent enablement platform, offers an innovative and digital alternative to the traditional evaluation cycles and engagement surveys. The partnership highlights the digitisation that SD Worx is actively implementing.

The intuo app contains three modules: engagement, performance and learning. This enables companies to monitor the growth of their employees digitally. More and more companies are evolving towards digital applications that offer continuous feedback, because the current system often does not sufficiently support employees' development. By integrating the three modules with each other, employees can be better monitored and supported to grow in their careers. The intuo tool is modular and can be adapted to suit the company in question. The partnership enables SD Worx to offer its clients an ‘end to end’ broader package. 

SD Worx will refer larger companies to intuo, which will then be responsible for implementation and consultancy. SD Worx will become a certified reseller for the intuo tool for the SME market. SD Worx HR SME consultants will install the application at the client's premises and provide additional HR advice. Intuo will continue to provide technical support itself. 
USG People Belgium NV is already using intuo's three modules. "Our classic way of only evaluating people annually was no longer motivating for our employees. We needed a more continuous and modern process with a corresponding digital system," adds Els Pauwelyn, Legal & HR Manager.
