SD Worx starts payroll business in Spain and Portugal and appoints Carlos Pardo as Managing Director SD Worx Iberia

SD Worx has been active in Spain since the acquisition of Adessa last year. Adessa sells, installs and maintains cloud HR and talent management software from SAP & SuccessFactors and integrates this software with HR and payroll systems. From its service centre in Malaga, Adessa supports customers throughout Europe. The service centre recently expanded to a software centre to help the development of innovative HR solutions.

    Experience and drive

    Carlos Pardo studied economics at Complutense University in Madrid. In 1994 he started working as a financial analyst at Meta4, an HR software supplier. He held various positions there until he was appointed Managing Director for Spain and Portugal in 2008. In January 2014, he became CEO for Spain, Portugal and Latin America. Among other achievements, he guided the entire transition from on premise to cloud software. At the end of 2019, Carlos became Senior Executive Advisor for numerous tech startups.
