SD Worx appoints Sebastiaan Peeters as new CFO

The leading European HR-solutions provider SD Worx has appointed Sebastiaan Peeters as its new CFO. He succeeds Nadine Aerts, who is leaving the company at the end of June. Sebastiaan, who has been with SD Worx since 2023, is part of the executive committee and reports directly to CEO Kobe Verdonck.

    I started at SD Worx two years ago because I was hugely intrigued by the story of the company as a whole: its growth, ambitions and potential in the business. In this, I see finance as a crucial partner where everything comes together. It is the place to create maximum value for all our stakeholders: the customers, employees and shareholders. Together with the Finance team, I want to be a real business partner for SD Worx, with a focus on the further optimisation of processes and planning.

    Nadine Aerts proudly looks back on a long career at SD Worx: “It is with double feelings that I am leaving SD Worx and I will certainly miss the company and the colleagues. It has been 23 fantastic years in which the company grew enormously and I got lots of opportunities. I wish Sebastiaan the best of luck in his new position.”

    Sebastiaan Peeters (37) holds a master's degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp. He started his career in 2011 as a financial analyst at Procter & Gamble in Geneva. He then joined Boston Consulting Group in Belgium and Canada, where he held various positions and progressed to partner. In early 2023, Sebastiaan came on board at SD Worx as Director Transformation Office. In January 2024, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer, a position he will continue to hold in combination with his new role as CFO
