Leyla Willems-Altindis appointed new general director of SD Worx Netherlands

SD Worx Netherlands announces the appointment of Leyla Willems-Altindis as Managing Director effective 1 April 2025. She succeeds Mark Bloem, who is stepping down from the company after almost 30 years. 

With the appointment of Leyla Willems-Altindis, SD Worx is consciously opting for continuity and innovation. Leyla has been with SD Worx since 2008 and has held various key roles within the organisation, including HR consultant, Team Manager, Project Manager and Director of Customer Excellence. In those years, she has become a familiar face within both the Dutch and international organisation and has built up in-depth knowledge of the HR sector and client needs.

As Managing Director, Leyla will have a strategically crucial role within SD Worx Netherlands. Her focus will be on further strengthening the market position, connecting people and teams and giving direction to the growth ambitions of the organisation. She will also work closely with the international SD Worx organisation to further drive synergy and innovation.
