SD Worx appoints Jean-Baptiste de Charette as Market Leader SD Worx France

SD Worx, the leading European provider of HR and payroll solutions, has appointed Jean-Baptiste de Charette as Market Leader France. Jean-Baptiste will report to Dominique Tassent, Executive Vice President SD Worx Benelux, France & Spain.
Jean-Baptiste (48) brings over five years of experience at SD Worx, where he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s sustainable growth strategy. Most recently, he served within the Mergers & Acquisitions and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) team. He was actively involved in the recent acquisition of Socialea, a French payroll provider with a strong foothold in the French SME market.
In his new position, Jean-Baptiste will take full responsibility for SD Worx’s operations in the French market. His appointment marks a strategic step forward in strengthening the company’s presence and competitive edge in the region.
Jean-Baptiste succeeds Elodie Cobut, who has made significant contributions during her tenure as Market Leader France. Elodie will continue her journey with SD Worx, bringing her energy and leadership to support the company’s growth ambitions in Belgium.
