The report also zooms in on how SD Worx is supporting customers across sectors and geographies, with tailored solutions for SMEs, healthcare providers, and international organisations. New technologies, including AI-powered tools like Smartcall, summarising the key points of every conversation with the customer, are being deployed to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
