SD Worx has appointed Ruud van Galen to lead SD Worx SAP Solutions

SD Worx, the leading European provider of HR and payroll solutions, has appointed Ruud van Galen as Managing Director SD Worx SAP Solutions, effective 1 April 2026. Ruud will report to Gille Sebrechts, Executive Vice President at SD Worx.

Ruud brings more than twenty years of international experience across account management, cloud and renewal business, payroll, Human Capital Management and services. He spent a decade in various leadership roles at SAP SuccessFactors, combining deep market expertise with a strong customer and growth mindset. Earlier in his career, Ruud held roles at Infosys BPM and NGA Human Resources, strengthening his expertise in payroll, HR cloud services and customer engagement across multinational markets. His appointment supports SD Worx’s ambition to further strengthen and expand its SAP capabilities.
