From AI to European scale: SD Worx looks back on 2025 in new annual report

The report highlights reliable and compliant HR and payroll processes, the continued expansion of a strong European platform, and the targeted use of technology and AI to better support clients in an increasingly complex labour market.

With more than 80 years of experience, over 105,000 clients representing more than 6 million employees, and more than 1.7 million users of mysdworx, SD Worx further strengthened its position as a leading European HR and payroll player in 2025. The company generated €1.307 billion in revenue and continued to focus on sustainable growth and innovation. Its long-term vision remains unchanged: helping organisations run reliable, accurate, and continuous HR and payroll processes, so they can operate with confidence in a complex European labour market.

In 2025, SD Worx put that vision into action by focusing on three strategic priorities: expanding its presence across Europe, accelerating its transition into a more digital, knowledge-driven, and customer-centric organisation, and strengthening its HR, payroll, and workforce management offering.

The annual report highlights several client achievements, as well as the integration of F2A, the Italian market leader in HR and payroll that SD Worx acquired in the second half of 2024. It also covers the next generation of payroll technology and the ongoing integration of AI across products, services, and supporting processes.
