SD Worx publishes 2025 ESG report and further embeds ESG across the organisation
May 21, 2026

SD Worx, a leading European provider of HR and payroll solutions, has released its 2025 ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) report. Building on its 2024 Double Materiality Assessment, which identified the company’s key impact and risk areas, SD Worx focused on six priority themes in 2025: climate change mitigation, data privacy and cybersecurity, information-related impacts for customers and end users, working conditions, diversity and inclusion, and responsible business conduct.
In 2025, SD Worx took concrete steps to further embed ESG across the organisation. It updated its ESG strategy and KPIs and introduced a company-wide Corporate ESG policy with clear guidelines for employees and partners. On the operational side, SD Worx rolled out new policies on topics such as waste management, pay transparency, and responsible AI use. These efforts were recognised with an EcoVadis Silver rating, placing the company among the top 7% of assessed organisations.
At the same time, SD Worx continued to strengthen its data-driven approach to ESG. The HR and payroll expert introduced a new platform to measure CO₂ emissions in line with international standards (GHG Protocol) and carried out targeted analyses of scope 3 emissions, including those linked to purchased goods and services. ESG considerations also became a standard part of expansion into new countries and acquisitions, ensuring consistent standards across the organisation.
