Bert De Vriendt to lead SD Worx Italy

SD Worx, Europe's leading provider of HR solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Bert De Vriendt to the role of Country Leader Italy, a position which he will combine with his existing global responsibilities as SD Worx's Director of International Sales.

De Vriendt succeeds Dominique Tassent, Cluster Director Benelux & Southern Europe, SD Worx, who says, "Bert has gained extensive international experience in a variety of management roles, from sales to Service Delivery Director, both at SD Worx over 6 years and at previous employers in our line of business. He has a deep understanding of the market and is the right person to bring our solutions to even more companies in the territory." 

With more than 25 years of world-class management experience, De Vriendt has very strong expertise in Global Payroll, HCM delivery and change management, optimizing global payroll companies in four countries. He is fluent in six languages, including Italian. 

In his new role, De Vriendt will contribute to the growth of the Italian market by seeking out new opportunities for development and innovation, cultivating strategic relationships and working on a dual front. This involves supporting international companies present in Italy, as well as Italian companies doing business on a broader European scale. Additionally, De Vriendt will develop optimized HR and payroll offerings for domestic companies to enable all-round development in the market.
