Daniel Idźkowski nominated as Managing Director of SD Worx Poland

SD Worx, a leading European provider of HR solutions, has appointed Daniel Idźkowski as Managing Director of SD Worx Poland. Daniel Idźkowski will be responsible for the company's organic growth, strengthening its position in the SAP market and growing its offering for small and medium-sized enterprises.

SD Worx Poland has been expanding its reach and range of services over the past few years. In 2023 and 2024, the company made strategic acquisitions of Gavdi Poland (now SD Worx SAP Solutions Poland) and TribePerk. The goal, both for the company and for Daniel Idźkowski in his new role, will be the further development of SD Worx in Poland.

The new Managing Director of SD Worx Poland has been involved in the HR industry for over a dozen years. In his career he has worked with brands such as CIMA, Mercuri Urval, Elavon, where he held managerial, director and board positions. For the last three years, Daniel Idźkowski has been developing GoodHabitz's business in Poland, building the team, setting up the company and developing the local market. He has extensive experience in business development in the Polish, European and US markets.
