SD Worx acquires Integrho and reinforces its presence in Spain

The leading European HR solutions provider SD Worx has acquired Integrho, a supplier of payroll software for the local Spanish market, headquartered in Barcelona. With this acquisition, SD Worx further strengthens its business in Spain, where it sees a lot of growth potential.

Integrho is a privately owned Spanish company, founded in 1994. It develops, installs and supports innovative solutions for the human resources management of any type of organisation, both public and private, based on the latest technologies available. 25 colleagues serve around 150 customers active in Spain, such as Orden San Juan de Dios, Porcelanosa and Pronovias. Integrho currently processes payslips for over 150,000 employees.

With this acquisition we strengthen our footprint in Spain, and we reinforce our portfolio of own local payroll and HR software. Integrho has a very robust payroll engine, which features rich functionality in payroll and Time and Attendance. We have a common passion for innovation and customer experience. Together we can offer our customers a full package of innovative HR technology with additional outsourcing, consultancy and data services on top and they get access to the broad European market where we are present.

We started a partnership with Integrho one year ago and thus we know their team and products well.
