SD Worx strengthens Italian presence with acquisition of Labour Consulting

SD Worx, the leading European HR and payroll solutions provider, has acquired a majority stake in Labour Consulting S.r.l., a payroll and labour consultancy company based in Reggio Emilia and Parma, Italy. The acquisition further strengthens SD Worx’s footprint in Italy, adding deep local expertise and a solid customer base. The management will remain actively involved, ensuring continuity for customers and employees.
