London, 22 August 2019 — The lack of in-country knowledge surrounding local legislations is the biggest challenge posing global payroll today. Research conducted by the Global Payroll Association, together with SD Worx, the leading provider in Payroll and HR services, revealed that this lack of local knowledge leads to basic errors in payroll departments.

London, 18 June 2019 — Over half (57%) of European employees have the opportunity to take their main holiday leave at a time that suits them best, with an additional 22% always having the option. However, 9% of employees in Europe are not able to take holiday when they choose.

SD Worx Holding NV announces the early closing of its public offer to subscribe to bonds
SD Worx Holding NV (the “Issuer”), with registered office at Antwerp (Belgium), announces the succesful placement of bonds with a term until 2026 (the “Bonds”). As the subscriptions for the Bond issuance have reached the maximum amount of the offer, namely €80 million, the subscription period was terminated early today at 5:30 p.m. CET. The issuance was very successful and was oversubscribed almost three times.

Multinational Businesses Struggle to Take Payroll Global

Brussels, 3 April 2019 – 2018 was a year of growth for SD Worx Holding posting a strong turnover of EUR 594.4 million, a raise of 33% compared with 2017 when the turnover was EUR 446.3 million. EBITDA climbed from EUR 51.9 million in 2017 to EUR 65.7 million in 2018.

1 in 3 HR & Finance Professionals Don’t Think Payroll Can Respond to Changing Workforce
Brussels, 25 March 2019: Decision makers outside of payroll are not confident in the payroll department’s ability to adapt to the changing needs and demands of the workforce. More worryingly, a significant number of payroll teams aren’t even meeting basic requirements such as making payments on time. Thirty-three percent of senior decision makers in HR and Finance don’t think that payroll is in a position to keep up with the changes driven by digital transformation and socioeconomic change.

Brussels, 27 February 2019: Despite living in a mobile-first world, employees across Europe say they can’t do enough basic HR admin tasks on mobile devices and many still do them offline. On average, only 10% of HR admin tasks are possible on mobile devices only and 58% is still completed offline. These are the results of a new survey from leading provider of global payroll and HR services, SD Worx, which looks into the extent of the digitisation of the workplace.
