ISAE 3402 attestation
We adhere to the ISAE 3402 standard for payroll outsourcing, ensuring quality through annual independent audits and issuing ISAE 3402 type 2 reports on payroll products and services.
ISAE 3000 attestation
SD Worx's ISAE 3000 type 1 attestation for payroll services demonstrates compliance of our internal control framework with EU’s GDPR requirements and confirms our robust data security and privacy controls.
ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 attestation
SD Worx holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for a number of products and services, demonstrating a robust information security management framework that protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. In addition, SD Worx is certified for significant activities in the Nordics under ISO/IEC 27701, confirming alignment with GDPR-relevant privacy requirements and effective governance of personal data.
ISO 14001 attestation
SD Worx holds ISO 14001 certification in Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Norway, Romania and part of the Netherlands, ensuring proactive environmental impact reduction and compliance.
Ecovadis assessment
SD Worx undergoes a corporate wide EcoVadis assessment. It is an annual independent sustainability assessment conducted by EcoVadis, providing a widely recognised rating and scorecard across service organisations. The assessment covers four core themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. In November 2025, SD Worx has earned a Silver Medal.
UN Global Compact
SD Worx is a UN Global Compact signatory. It strengthens our accountability and commits us to its 10 principles on human rights, labour, the environment and anticorruption.
Our code of conduct
Our Code of Conduct is the foundation of our company culture and guides every business interaction, emphasising integrity, respect, and ethical conduct. Everyone at SD Worx is also encouraged to speak up about any illegal or unethical behaviour in the workplace. Breaches can be reported through our dedicated reporting channel.
