The new payroll engine passed the audit by the ITSG (Informationstechnische Servicestelle der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung), that recognised SD Worx’ high standards in compliance, payroll technology and HR software. The new payroll technology will be made available to employers all over Germany. 

Romanian Software, the Romanian market leader for payroll and human resources software solutions, announces the appointment of Ciprian Chiorean as its new Managing Director. More than a third (36%) of European employers consider internal equality within the organisation to be their biggest challenge in the area of remuneration. Three out of ten employers (29%) are actively working to improve pay equality, and 31% say they have specific plans to do so in the future. On the other hand, four out of ten employers currently have no plans to tackle pay inequality. These findings and more are the results of an international survey conducted by European HR service provider SD Worx among more than 5,000 companies and 18,000 employees in 18 European countries.

Six out of ten European employees consider salary to be the most important factor when choosing an organisation. At the same time, it’s also the main reason for leaving a company. Almost four out of ten (37%) employees are satisfied with their pay package as a whole, while around one-third (31%) are neutral and one-quarter (26%) are dissatisfied. In addition to a fixed salary, companies often offer other forms of remuneration, but they do not always correspond to employees' wishes. As an example, 40% would like extra leave days, but only 30% have this option. What’s more, employees often don’t have a clear picture of the total value of their salary package, which is crucial when it comes to knowing how much they actually earn. These findings and more are the results of an international survey conducted by European HR service provider SD Worx among more than 5,000 companies and 18,000 employees in 18 European countries.

European HR service provider SD Worx has appointed Tim van der Wal as Consulting Director of SD Worx SAP Solutions in the Netherlands, the organisation’s specialised SAP team. In this role, van der Wal will report directly to Alejandro Arco, SAP Delivery Director.
